“Don’t deny your fire, just be who you are and burn.” - Mark Anthony
My goal is to create authentic, approachable and emotionally persuasive copy: words meant to connect and inspire. While I started my copywriting business for many reasons, the thing I fight for day-in and day-out is my commitment to create meaningfully. I was tired of looking at major retailers and trends, of abiding to commercial and industry standards at the expense of what really matters.
My wins have always been how many people I have connected with on a deep level. On how many lives we can touch with shared stories and thoughtfully-spoken words.
I want to bring my love of language, poetry and storytelling to a world of taglines and goldfish attention spans.

All committed to their craft.
To connecting.
To inspiring.
It should inspire you, not fill you with anxiety. No matter how technical your work is or how creative it is, your copy should draw in clients, customers and an audience you genuinely love working with and creating for.
In Their Own Words
“The words she wrote for me were more than words but expressed things about my brand and work I've been struggling to nail down for years! She truly listens to you and your vision. I didn't want fluffy run of the mill cheesy copy that I see everywhere. she brought a unique style and kept everything heartfelt without it being sappy or cheesy. I highly recommend her for all things words. She's my go to wordsmith and a great friend now as well!"
For me, writing is like breathing. But when it came to careers, I always put "vet" or "teacher" on my elementary worksheets. These were familiar, tangible paths. Writing was just what I did – a hobby, an outlet.

When it came to declaring my major in college, philosophy was my first choice. It was bold and I definitely romanticized it. Most people were VERY skeptical (especially since I had no plans to become a lawyer), so I quickly changed my mind. From there, I went with what I thought was more practical: psychology.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yet, every time I started envisioning future job options, it didn't feel right. I began to panic. I was racking up student loans, and I needed to have it all figured out.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thankfully, in my second semester, my dad told me I should watch Steve Job's (now famous) commencement speech. That week, I changed my major to Creative Writing.
Knowing it's okay to wander off the beaten path, follow your curiosity and trust your intuition.
That it's okay to not have it all figured out, to change your mind – and then change it again. That you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking back – trusting they'll connect in your future.
